Delivery Policy

When will I get my items?

Each supplier operates independently and will set their own time frame for delivery, this will typically be a maximum of 7-14 days for dispatch but seller will outline exact times for your area on their home page. The supplier will choose the delivery method for you if it hasn’t been specifically chosen. Please contact the seller directly to organise any urgent delivery. If you want more information about the supplier please go to the suppliers home page. Please ensure you are comfortable with the suppliers terms prior to placing the order.

Can I choose how to receive my items?

Typically the seller will arrange delivery, but when available, courier options will show in the check out process. Pick ups are at the discretion of the supplier, and should be arranged prior to placing your order. If you are unsure about how you will receive your delivery please contact the supplier directly for clarification.

What if my supplier doesn’t ship to my area?

You will need to contact the supplier directly and make adequate arrangements prior to placing your order.

How can I update my address information?

You can do this by pressing the settings icon and choosing account settings. In here you can adjust your delivery information as necessary. Alternatively, during checkout, you can change or add another address.

My supplier is charging me extra for delivery, why is this?

Some suppliers will have a minimum order amount, if this amount hasn’t been reached , then you will be charged a nominal fee set by the supplier. Other times you may be required to pay a courier fee, or delivery fee if the supplier is unable to perform deliveries themselves.

I’m trying to buy from a supplier from another country, while I be charged differently?

Yes, you may be charged differently, different countries have different laws and taxes, a seller may need to comply with those laws and taxes. Customs may also charge a fee, and you should check with your local authority for clarification

It says “Free Delivery” is that truly free?

Yes, the supplier will request you to meet the minimum threshold they have set, and you won’t be required to pay any extra. Unless you want delivery under unusual circumstances, such, urgent delivery, or public holidays. But this is at the discretion of the supplier.

Returns Policy

Can I return an item?

Yes, you will need to speak to the seller directly to arrange this. Their information is available on their home page. You have the right to ask for a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees for products and services bought on or after 1 January 2011. Please see the ACC Repair, Replace, Refund page for more information. Please ensure to keep invoice as proof of purchase.

Can I cancel an item before it is shipped?

You may cancel an order from your account before it is shipped. Please contact the supplier to ensure it hasn't been sent. Please note that if the item is made-to-measure or a custom printed item you may only be able to cancel the order before it is shipped provided that the item hasn’t been altered or made yet.

How do I return an item?

If you receive an item and wish to return it for any reason you must inform the Seller in writing:

Within 14 days of receiving the item.

Within 28 days if the item becomes faulty.

You can Request a Refund, when viewing the order in your "My Account". The Supplier should be contacted directly in writing as well as using the "Request a Refund" service

The Seller will then provide you instructions on how to return your item and once your item is received back, and tell you how you can receive your refund or credit.

Please note that the seller may refuse a refund if the garment as been made according to your precise measurements ie. made-to-measure.

The items you return must be unused and unworn and in their original condition save for your right to inspect the goods and try on the garments. It is your responsibility to ensure that you package the returned goods adequately so that it arrives back to the Seller undamaged.
