Whole side of REGAL smoked salmon. After curing in a dry salt and sugar, the salmon fillets are smoked at a low temperature in natural wood smoke. The salmon is then cut into slices, which are ideal for delicate finger foods and canapés, where taste, texture and visual impact are important.
